How do I know if I am covered by the Contents Insurance bonus offer?

Who is covered under our bonus offer with Resooma Bills giving contents insurance at no extra cost.

Our ‘contents insurance included’ bonus is running for all Resooma Bills customers who sign up for tenancies starting from the 1st July 2023 onwards. By signing up from Resooma’s services and becoming a customer of ours, your property will automatically be added to our group contents insurance policy.

This is a group contents insurance where Resooma is the policyholder, and we add your property to it when you sign up. Our group contents insurance policy with Endsleigh runs from the 1st July for 12 months and this corresponds with the available cover period for our customers*

*Further T&C's:

  • The Contents Insurance Included offer is only applicable to students.

  • Full policy documentation will be provided to you once you register with Resooma.

  • Resooma has no ability to influence your claim or payout.

  • Resooma will not speak to Endsleigh on your behalf about the specific claim.

  • Resooma are currently including this benefit for students from 1st of July 2023 for 12 months. We may not continue the policy after 12 months is finished. On that basis, depending on your own tenancy dates, there may be periods of living in the property that you are not insured under our policy.

Are there any tenants that won’t be covered?

The Contents Insurance offer is only applicable to student customers who are signing up to Resooma bills to manage their property and who’s tenancy’s start from 1st July 2023 to the 30th June 2024.
