Payments for your TV licence are automatically set up as a yearly fee, so when we make payments to the licensing monthly this doesn't log properly on tv licensing systems. You are definitely covered and we are working on with licensing to stop these letters being sent.

You shouldn’t be receiving these but if you do, please send us a copy so we can look into this for you. You can either upload this to your dashboard under ‘postal bills’ or you can send us a copy on your email.
