This depends on how the property was set up by the regional supplier, and unfortunately Resooma don't have control over this. Some local suppliers operate on a fixed basis and others on a metered basis.

Metered properties have the water tracked and essentially this is not unlimited for the price you pay. If you don't have a meter, then your water is unlimited at a fixed monthly rate. You'll find out which type you have when you move in!
