Water charging explained

About half of the houses in the UK are on a fixed plan, which means you pay a fixed amount each month for your water, depending on the size of your house.

The other half use meters, which pay for the water you use and best for houses that are not occupied all year round.

We work out the average cost of your water usage when we quote you, but this may alter slightly once we know if you’re on a meter or not.
