This is an intricate question that requires some exploring.

First, please visit your postal bills dashboard to see if you or a member of your household has recently uploaded a postal bill. Some prices changes come from postal bill uploads and the ops team will inform you if there are changes to your price in future months via email and comments on those postal bill uplaods.

To get to your postal bills dashboard please log into Resooma.com and click here to visit the “your bills” section for a magic link. Once received via email, you’ll be routed to your postal bills dashboard where you can view your uploads!

After this, if you still require some assistance please visit our Live Chat at Resooma.com where the team will try to help. If required you’ll be offered a way to reach out to the ops team to get full confirmation about what has happened.

Alternatively if you'd prefer email, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Price increase/or decrease for [your address]" with any queries you may have! This will be routed to the operations department and answered in approximately 48 hours 😊
