We have a 14 day cooling off period to cancel your package, which starts from the day that your package is first created by one of the housemates. I.E if you completed the quote on the 4th of October and added your bank details, your final cooling off period date is the 18th of October.

If you are within this time, you can cancel your package with no penalties. To do this please give us a call and select option 1, alternatively please email [email protected] with the subject line of 14 Day Cancellation and include your property address in the body of the email. If you cannot get through to our phone lines in time and you call late on into your 14 day cooling off period, please email right after to ensure you're within your 14 day cooling off period.

After the 14 day cooling off period finishes, cancellation fees may become due.

❗️These start at £10 per month thats left of your tenancy plus VAT at 20% (£12 per house (not per tenant); per month thats left of your tenancy. If there's 10 months remaining in your tenancy then this would be £120). There may be fees from your utility providers also, so please get in touch with us to find these out if you would like to consider cancellation.
